Itinerary

🌄 Day 1: Welcome to Peru

You will arrive in Lima, the vibrant capital of Peru. Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Once settled in, the rest of the day is free for you to relax and adjust to the new surroundings. Depending on your arrival time, you can enjoy a leisurely evening at the hotel or explore nearby attractions such as the Miraflores district, which offers beautiful ocean views, parks, and local restaurants.

🌄 Day 2: Ballestas Islands - Huacachina Oasis

The tour begins at 5:00 a.m., departing from Lima to Paracas (4-hour journey). Upon arrival at El Chaco Port, we board a boat to the Ballestas Islands, where we admire the Candelabra geoglyph and observe marine wildlife such as Humboldt penguins, sea lions, and guano birds. The boat tour lasts 2 hours. At 11:00 a.m., we continue to Ica, arriving at 12:30 p.m. to visit the stunning Huacachina Oasis, where visitors can explore, take photos, or enjoy thrilling sandboarding and dune buggy rides. After a 1:30 p.m. lunch, the tour proceeds to a traditional winery, where visitors learn about the artisanal production of Pisco and wine. The visit includes a guided tour of antique distillation equipment and a Pisco and wine tasting experience. The tour concludes with the return to Lima, arriving at approximately 10:00 p.m.

In the morning, you’ll embark on a guided city tour of Lima, exploring the highlights of this historic metropolis. The tour typically includes visits to Lima’s colonial center, starting with the Plaza de Armas, where you can see the grand Lima Cathedral and the Government Palace. You’ll also visit the San Francisco Monastery, renowned for its beautiful baroque architecture and its catacombs. You may also explore Miraflores, the coastal district, known for its parks, upscale shopping areas, and the stunning view of the Pacific Ocean from Parque del Amor.

In the afternoon, you will travel to Cusco, the former capital of the Inca Empire and the gateway to Machu Picchu. After your flight, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Cusco. Our guided city tour will take you through the heart of this UNESCO World Heritage site, where you’ll explore Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun), Once the most important temple in the Inca Civilization, Qorikancha was dedicated to the Sun God, Inti. Marvel at the finely crafted stonework and learn about the temple’s historical significance. Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pucara, and Tambomachay, ancient Inca fortresses with massive stone walls that fit perfectly without mortar. These sites offer breathtaking views of Cuzco and provide an insight into the advanced engineering skills of the Incas.
