Ecotourism with the Q’ero: Culture, Spirituality, and Nature in Harmony
Q’ero is a sustainable, low-impact tourism destination, considered the most important spiritual journey in Cusco. Historians and anthropologists recognize it as the last living Inca lineage. Its communities are guardians of nature and culture, as well as spiritual teachers and certified guides.
Andean Spirit, the ecotourism company founded by the Q’ero themselves, invites travelers to leave conventional tourism behind. Traveling with us means living authentic experiences, connecting with local communities, and discovering the world from a renewed perspective. We offer eco-lodges, meals from organic gardens, ancestral ceremonies led by paqos, and trekking in small groups for an intimate and transformative experience.
An ideal journey for those seeking culture, spirituality, and nature in harmony, in the heart of the Peruvian Andes.

Q'ero Cosmology
Q’ero cosmology comprises three levels of creation. The three worlds are the Upper world Hanan Pacha represented by the condor, the Middle world Kay Pacha represented by the puma, and the Lower world Huju Pacha represented by the snake.
These worlds are:
the Upper world (Hanan Pacha), sky or heaven.
This upper world is defined by its abundance of super-refined energy (sami).
This is the realm of angels, ascended masters, and teachers.
The divine source of light energy resides in this realm and awakens humanity’s vision.
This level of creation is represented by the largest of all birds, the condor.
