Next, we arrive at the municipality of Palcoyo, located at an altitude of 4,100 meters. This is where we can observe the beautiful natural landscape and see camels such as alpacas. From this viewpoint, we can see the Sierra de Palcoyo with its three red hills.
We then start the 40-minute walk to Palcoyo and enjoy the fresh and clean air, the local caravans, alpacas, and mountains. At the three mountains of Palcoyo, we admire the stunning colors. We also visit the stone forest of Palcoyo, which takes about 2 hours to visit.
